Sharp AQUOS Sense5G with Android 11, Snapdragon 690 5G SoC unveiled

Sharp along with AQUOS Sense4 and Sense4 Plus has also unveiled its latest 5G smartphone called Sharp AQUOS Sense5G.

The AQUOS Sense5G boots on Android 11 OS out of the box. It has IPX5 / IPX8 / IP6X water and dust resistant rating. The phone measures 148 x 71 x 8.9 mm and comes with Fingerprint and Face recognition.

The smartphone flaunts a 5.8-inch IGZO Liquid Crystal Display with 2280 x 1080 pixels resolution and multi-touch support. At its core is octa-core Snapdragon 690 5G processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage space.

The Sharp AQUOS Sense5G specs include 4570mAh built-in battery capacity. It has an 8MP front camera with F/2.0 Aperture and 78° Focal length. At the back side triple cameras of 12MP (main, F/2.0, 83° Focal length, EIS) + 12MP (wide-angle, 121° focal length, F/2.4) + 8MP (telephoto, 45° focal length, F/2.4).

There is support for 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.1, NFC and GPS/GLONASS.

Price and availability of AQUOS Sense5G is not known yet.
