Sony has unveiled an ultra premium Xperia smartphone in United States called Xperia PRO 5G. It offers dual SIM connectivity with support for 5G connectivity.
The Sony Xperia PRO 5G features in a 6.5-inch OLED CinemaWide display with 4K resolution. It delivers 100% DCi-P3 colors and calibrated D65 whitepoint. The screen has Corning Gorilla 6 on top for added durability.
The Xperia PRO also comes with IP65/68 rating for water resistance. It has 360-degree Beamforming Antenna allowing a solid 5G mmWave connection. The antenna can transmit and receive through all sides of mobile while its beamforming tech focuses the antenna on an available signal to maximize its efficiency.
The Sony Xperia Pro 5G specs include octa-core Snapdragon 865 SoC inside with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage space. It has MicroSD card support but for that, you need to sacrifice a SIM slot.
As far as optics go, The cell phone houses 8MP selfie camera. There are triple cameras at the back which include 12MP (ultra-wide, 120° FOV) + 12MP (wide, 82° FOV) + 12MP (telephoto, 34° FOV) shooters. these can record up to 4K videos at upt o 60 fps and slow motion at 120fps. The handset supports real-time eye auto focus which works on both humans and animals. Engineers at Sony has uses premium calibrated ZEISS optics with ZEISS T-coating to boost contrast and reduce reflections.
