UMI has introduced its latest smartphone called Plus E. It has 6000 Series Aluminum alloy cover and features Touch ID fingerprint sensor on the home button. The sensor has multiple functions and unlocks phone in 0.1-0.3 seconds.
The smartphone houses Hybrid Dual Micro SIM slots (4G + 4G / MicroSD) and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. It has 5.5-Inch SHARP LTPS display with 2.5D Arc glass (T2X-1). The screen offers 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and supports multi-touch as well.
The UMI Plus E Specs include 2.3GHz octa-cora MediaTek Helio P20 MT6757 processor coupled with Mali-T880 MP2 (900MHz) GPU. It has 6GB LPDDR4 RAM and 64GB of on-board storage ROM. It allows further expansion up to 256GB as well.
The hardware is fueled by 4000 mAh (4.35V) Battery that offers standby time of up to 13-15 days. It includes G-Sensor, Proximity sensor, Light sensor, Accelerometer, compass, Hall Switch and Gyroscope.
On the front side of the smartphone is a 5MP selfie camera with GalaxyCore GC5005 sensor. The back side sports 13MP primary camera with Samsung 3L8 Sensor, 5 element lens, PDAF, Continuous shooting, Panorama, 1080p video recording support and dual-tone LED flash.
Connectivity options include Wi-fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V4.1, GPS/GLONASS, USB Type-C, 3.5mm Audio jack etc. The mobile comes with AW8738 Hi-Fi chip, skylight notification LED and smart key (for camera / call / message / mute etc.).
The UMI Plus E is already up for registration and its pre-sale begins from November 11th. It comes in Black color option.The pre-sale price for the phone is set at $199 while the official price-tag is $269.99.
