VIVO has launched its new selfie smartphone called VIVO V7. It has dedicated dual Nano SIM slots and a MicroSD card slot for further storage expansion.
Just like Vivo V7+, the Vivo V7 packs in FullView display, but with a slightly smaller size of 5.7-inch (diagonal). It is an IPS LCD panel that offers 1440 x 720 pixels resolution, 83.6% screen-to-body ratio and supports multi-touch as well.
It runs on Android 7.1 Nougat based Funtouch OS 3.2. The mobile is powered by an 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor (probably Snapdragon 650 series). It has 4GB RAM, 32GB internal storage space and allows further expansion up to 256GB using MicroSD card.
The Vivo V7 specs include 14MP front camera with F/2.0 Aperture and soft-light flash. On the back side is a 16MP primary AF camera unit with LED Flash, F/2.0 Aperture and captures HDR, Time Laps and Panorama photos.
The cell phone measures 149.3 x 72.8 x 7.9 mm and weighs about 139 grams. It has 3000 mAh (typical) battery capacity but sadly, fast charging is not supported. There is rear mounted fingerprint sensor just above the VIVO logo.
The cell phone supports 4G VoLTE (bands 1/3/5/8/38/40/41), Wi-Fi, Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.2, MicroUSB V2.0, USB OTG, FM Radio, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou etc. It also includes array of sensors likes Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, Proximity, Gyroscope and digital compass.
The Vivo V7 price is set equivalent to US$ 300 and comes in Matte Black and Gold colors. The handset is already available in Indonesia and will also launch in global markets soon.
