Vivo Y55A spotted at TENAA with octa-core SoC

Vivo is soon expand its ‘Y Series phones’ with Y55A 4G smartphone. The handset has been listed at TENAA, a Chinese certification authority.

According to the listing, the smartphone will be available only in Rose Gold colour option. It measures 147.9 x 72.9 x 7.5 mm and weighs 142 grams.

The Vivo Y55A specs include 5.2-inch 720p display with multi-touch support. It has 1.4GHz octa-core processor and 2GB RAM. It has 16GB internal storage ROM, further expandable up to 128GB using MicroSD card.

The smartphone runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS out of the box. It has 2650 mAh battery inside as well. According to the listing, mobile is equipped with 5MP front and 8MP rear camera at the back with LED Flash, Auto Focus capabilities.

Usual connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth, GPS etc will be supported as well.
