Vodafone VFD 520 spotted in Benchmark

Vodafone has several smartphones under its sleeves but latest it has rather been silent with new mobiles. Back in January Vodafone VFD 720 was spotted in GFXBench and now a cut down model named Vodafone VFD 520 has made its way at GeekBench.
The specifications revealed by GeekBench are fairly limited though, and from what it shows, the VFD 520 will be an entry level offering. Considering today’s trend, it is fair to assume that it could sport a display with 18:9 aspect ratio.
According to GeekBench, this cell phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo OS out of the box. We are speculating that Vodafone VFD 520 just might be an Android Oreo Go Edition phone. It is powered by 1.09GHz quad-core processor which is probably Snapdragon 210 SoC. And to back it of, there is 1GB of RAM.
It’s benchmarks scores aren’t that interesting as it is an entry level device. For those who are on a tight budget, let me tell you that VFD 520 managed to score about 399 points on single core and 1009 points in multi-core test.
There is no word on exact release date or its official name. Rest assured, we will be covering it as soon as we get updates.
