Xbox One X Project Scorpio Limited Edition is up for Pre-order

Microsoft announced its Xbox One X gaming console at E3 2017. It is also code named as Project Scorpio.

Today, this Limited Edition Xbox One X Project Scorpio is up for pre-order globally. It has fin-inspired design, custom color, vertical stand and words “Project Scorpio” printed on the console and wireless controller.

Microsoft is claiming it to be world’s most powerful console. More than 100 new and existing Xbox One Titles will mbe enhanced for Xbox One X to take advantage of console’s powerful capabilities.

Some of the names include Halo 5, NBA 2K18, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, ReCore: Definitive Edition, FIFA 18, Star Wars Battlefront II, Below and remastered versions of Disneyland Adventures, Rush: A Disney-Pixar Adventure and Zoo Tycoon. You can get the full list here.

The Xbox One X Project Scorpio Limited Edition features in 8-core Custom AMD CPU clocked at 2.3GHz. It processes real world details, smoother interactions and enhanced AI. It’s 6 Teraflop GPU with 12GB GDDR5 Graphics memory offers smoother animations, enhanced details and allows 4K.

The Console delivers 326 GB/sec memory bandwidth and 40% increase in power. It is equipped with 4K UHD Blu-ray Optical Disc Drive and comes with advanced liquid cooling  and Supercharger style centrifugal fan.

Xbox One X Project Scorpio Limited Edition -1Connectivity wise it supports Dual Band Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth (activation button on front), HDMI 2.0b (out), USB 3.0 x 3, IR out, S/PDIF, Ethernet port etc.For Audio, it also inlcudes PCM (2.0, 5.1, 7.1), DTS 5.1, DOLBY Digital 5.1 and TrueHD with Dolby ATMOS.

The Xbox One X Project Scorpio Limited Edition is priced at US$ 499 / GBP 449 / Euro 499. It is up for pre-order and will start rolling out from November 7, 2017.
