Xiaomi 12T series announced

Xiaomi has finally revealed its latest 12T series smartphones in global markets. Lineup includes vanilla Xiaomi 12T and top-tier Xiaomi 12T Pro.

The Xiaomi 12T series offers dual SIM connectivity with 5G and dual 4G VoLTE. These run on MIUI 13 which is based on Android 12. Company has promised 3 Android OS updates and 4 years of security updates for these mobiles.

They come with an in-display fingerprint sensor, infrared sensor and includes x-axis vibration linear motor inside. There are dual speakers with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio.

The Xiaomi 12T / 12T Pro comes with 5000mAh battery and supports 120W HyperCharge fast charging. It can charge up to 100% in 19 minutes. There is support for Xiaomi Adaptive Charge, which is an AI tech that learns everyday charging habits to optimize battery efficiency in long term.

The Xiaomi 12T series boast a 6.67-inch AMOLED CrystalRes display with 1220p resolution. It has up to 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and brings support for HDR10+ and Dolby Vision.

These come with 68-billion colors, adaptive HDR and AdaptiveSync tech that dynamically adjusts refresh rate based on content. Their displays come with Anti-glare glass and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

The Xiaomi 12T feature in MediaTek Dimensity 8100-ulra processor with Mali-G610 hexa-core GPU. It has options of 8GB LPDDR5 RAM with 128GB / 256GB UFS 3.1 storage variants. The 12T houses 108MP main + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro lenses at back with LED Flash.

The Xiaomi 12T Pro specs include octa-core Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 mobile platform with 8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM options and 128GB/256GB storage variants (depending on model). This one come with 200MP main + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro lens at back.
