Xiaomi at an event in China has unveiled Mi AirDots Pro 2s true wireless earbud. It is an upgraded version of Mi AirDots Pro 2 which was announced last year.
The Xiaomi Mi AirDots Pro 2s comes with 14.2mm drivers and includes dual microphones for Environmental noise cancellation (ENC). It has voice controls, touch controls for volume and track changing. There is an IR sensor for wear detection (pauses automatically when removed).
The earbuds uses Bluetooth V5.0 to connect with Android and iOS devices and supports LDHC / SBC / AAC codecs. It is powered by an improved Bluetooth chip which reduces latency and offers stable connection. Each earbud has weight of 4.5 grams while the case weighs just 52 grams.
It has a design which is similar to AirDots Pro 2 but comes new and improved charging case. The case supports Qi Wireless charging and offers up to 24 hours of battery life, which is 10 hours more than its predecessor. The case also comes USB Type-C charging and fully charges up in a hour. The earbuds itself offers 5 hours of standalone playback.
The Mi AirDots Pro 2s price is 399 Yuan (US$ 56 / Rs. 4,280 approx.) and comes in White color. It will be available at Mi.com in China starting April 9th.
