Xiaomi, as expected, has finally launched its latest bezel-less smartphone in India called MIX 2. It was first announced in China back in September.
The cell phone has dimensions of 151.8 x 75.5 x 7.7 mm and weighs about 185 grams. It has bezel-less design with very slim bezel at the bottom.
The phone sports a ceramic build with a hidden ultrasonic proximity sensor. It has a fingerprint sensor embedded at the rear side. It has sound guided speakers
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is equipped with Dual SIM slots that supports 4G LTE. It has 3400 mAh Typical battery (3300 mAh minimum) with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging support.
The mobile specs include 5.99-inch IPS screen with 2160 x 1080 pixels Full HD+ resolution. It has 1500:1 contrast ratio, DCI-P3 color gamut and supports multi-touch as well.
Under the hood is 2.45GHz octa-core Snapdragon 835 Mobile Platform with Adreno 540 GPU. It has 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 storage space.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 Specs include 12MP primary camera with Sony IMX386 sensor, F/2.0 Aperture, 1.25 micron pixel size, 4-axis OIS, dual-tone LED Flash and 4K video recording support. On the front side is a 5MP selfie camera with facial recognition and 1080p video recording support.
Connectivity wise, it supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2×2 MU-MIM), Bluetooth V5.0, NFC, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou etc.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 price goes at Rs. 35,999 (US$ 551 approx.) and comes in Black color. It will be available online exclusively at Flipkart and Mi.com from October 17th. You can also buy MIX 2 from Mi Home and retail stores starting early November .
