Xiaomi has officially launched its latest flagship smartphone called Mi MIX 3. It was unveiled at an event in China.
It is 8.46mm thick, weighs 218 grams and comes with a rear facing fingerprint sensor. It has 72% reduced antenna space thanks to its custom antenna design. There is a dedicated AI button to launch AI voice assistant, which comes with Android 8.1 Oreo OS (MIUI 10 on top).
The Mi MIX3 sports a magnetic slider design with neodynmium permanent magnets, which makes the sliding screen more reliable and functional. Company claims that slider will last for 300,000 cycles. Users can simple slide up to answer calls, open shortcuts drawer or take selfies.
The smartphone packs in 6.39-inch Samsung made AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution. The Xiaomi MI MiX 3 features in an impressive 93.4% screen-to-body ratio, which is possible due to its reduced bottom bezels.
The cell phone features in 24MP + 2MP dual selfie cameras and 12MP + 12MP dual shooters at the back. Both come with AI capabilities and offers impressive photography. Xiaomi claims that MI MIX 3 has achieved DxOMark mobile score of 103 points. It has an excellent DxOMark Photo score of 108 points and video score of 93 points..
