ZTE is working on an under-display camera smartphone dubbed as ZTE A20 5G (or Axon A20 5G). The handset has recently received certification from TENAA revealing its full specs sheet and design.
The phone with model number ZTE A2121 has been listed by certification authority. The ZTE A20 5G sports a 6.92-inch OLED screen with 2460 x 1080 pixels resolution at 20.5:9 aspect ratio. It has fingerprint sensor inside the screen.
The model measures 172.1 x 77.9 x 7.9 mm and weighs 198 grams. It will include Dual SIM slots and supports 5G (SA/NSA) and dual 4G VoLTE. It runs on Android 10 OS out of the box.
The ZTE A20 5G (A2121) is powered by 2.4GHz octa-core processor which could be Snapdragon 765G SoC. It comes in options of 6GB / 8GB / 12gB RAM with 64GB / 128GB / 256GB storage variants. It has microSD card support up to 1TB.
Smartphone’s 32MP selfie camera is hidden inside the screen. At the back side is four camera setup of 64MP (main) + 8MP (wide-angle) + 2MP (depth) + 2MP (macro) shooters and LED Flash.
The TENAA listing of ZTE A20 5G (A2121) confirms 4120mAh battery capacity. Fast charging is supported as well. Usual connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.1, GPS/GLONASS and USB Type-C will be supported.
The ZTE A20 5G (A2121) will come in Cold Flame Blue and Dazzling White colors. It is expected to go official in China soon.
