ZTE is gearing up for a new Axon smartphone with 5G connectivity. A model with codename ZTE A2020 SP has been certified by TENAA. The mobile is believed to be called at Axon 10s Pro 5G.
The listing reveals a 6.47-inch OLED water-drop notched display with 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution at 19.5:9 aspect ratio and multi-touch support. There is an in-display fingerprint sensor for secure and fast unlocking. The phone has measurements of 159.2 x 73.4 x 7.9 mm and weighs 175 grams.
The ZTE Axon 10s Pro 5G (ZTE A2020 SP) is listed with Octa-core (2.8GHz x 1 + 2.5GHz x 3 + 1.7GHz x 4) processor with is Snapdragon 865 SoC with Snapdragon X55 modem. According to TENAA, the mobile comes in options of 6GB / 8GB / 12GB RAM with 128GB / 256GB / 412GB storage options. Notably, storage is non expandable.
The smartphone will support Dual SIM slots and boots on Android 10 out of the box. In terms of optics, there are 48MP + 20MP + 8MP triple rear cameras and LED Flash. Selfies are take from 20MP front facing camera. It has 3900mAh (minimum) / 4000mAh (typical) battery inside and supports fast charging as well.
The Axon 10s Pro 5G (A2020 SP) supports 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.1 and GPS/GLONASS. It also includes Light, Proximity and Gravity sensor.
The handset is expected to go official soon in early 2020.
