ZTE expands its S series lineup with the announcement of ZTE S30, ZTE S30 SE and ZTE S30 Pro smartphones.
The ZTE S30 8GB/128GB variant is priced at 2198 Yuan ($334 / Rs. 24,550 approx.) while its 8GB/256GB model costs 2398 Yuan ($365 / Rs. 26,800 approx.). The ZTE S30 SE price is 1698 Yuan ($258 / Rs. 18,970 approx.) for 6GB/128GB model. The ZTE S30 Pro price is 2998 Yuan ($456 / Rs. 33,500 approx.).
ZTE S30
The phone measures 164.8 x 76.4 x 7.9 mm and weighs 184 grams. It has side-mounted fingerprint sensor and comes with dual Nano SIM slots. It is powered by Android 11 with MyOS11 on top.
The ZTE S30 feature a 6.67-inch LCD display offering 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution. It has 20:9 aspect ratio, 90Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate and supports multi-touch. Powering inside is octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC with Mali-G57 MC3 GPU.
The phone packs in 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB/256GB UFS 2.1 storage options. It has 4000mAh battery inside with 30W fast charging support. There is support for 5G (SA/NSA) / Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.1, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou and 3.5mm audio jack.
The optics on ZTE S30 are take care by 16MP front camera and 64MP (main) + 8MP (120-degree wide-angle, F/2.2) + 5MP (macro) + 2MP (portrait) lenses at the back with LED Flash.
ZTE S30 SE
It is and Android 11 powered smartphone running on MyOS 11. It has Dual Nano SIM slots with 5G (SA/NSA) support. The handset also comes with a fingerprint sensor at side for authentication.
The ZTE S30 SE has dimensions of 165.8 x 77 x 9.6 mm and sports a 6.67-inch LCD display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and has multi-touch capabilities.
The smartphone houses octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It has 6GB LPDDR4X RAM, 128GB UFS 2.1 storage space and MicroSD card support for further expansion. All connectivity options of ZTE S30 are supported in SE model as well.
The ZTE S30 SE specs include 6000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The mobile houses 8MP front camera with F/2.0 Aperture. At the back side are triple cameras which include 48MP main, 5MP macro and 2MP portrait shooters and LED Flash.
ZTE S30 Pro
The ZTE S30 Pro feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen offering 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, 144Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, 800nits brightness and multi-touch support.
The smartphone houses octa-core Snapdragon 768G mobile platform with Adreno 620 GPU. It has 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage space. It has MicroSD card support up to 256GB.
The ZTE S30 Pro specs include 44MP front facing camera coupled with quad-rear shooters. These include 64MP (main), 8MP ultra-wide with F/2.2 Aperture, 2MP depth and 2MP macro lens with 4cm macro shots and F/2.4 Aperture.
The mobile gets dimensions of 163.5 x 75.2 x 7.8 mm with 183 grams of weight. It has Dual SIM support with 5G SA/NSA and Dual 4G VoLTE. It comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor and is powered by Android 11 based MyOS 11.
