AmazonBasics brand from Amazon has released its new 50-inch and 55-inch AmazonBasics Fire TV Edition smart TV’s in India. These come with A+ grade LED panel.
The Amazon Fire TV Edition 50-inch / 55-inch models offer 3840 x 2160 pixels 4K UHD resolution. Their screen supports HDR10 + HLG, Dolby Vision, Dynamic Backlight, Dynamic Contrast and houses 9th Generation Amlogic Imaging Engine. Their display also boasts 178-degree wide-viewing angles.
These Amazon Fire TV Smart TV’s are powered by Fire OS and comes built-in Alexa. They support Alexa Voice commands as well. These Smart TV’s come with 1.95GHz quad-core processor with Mali-G31 MP2 GPU.
They have two 10W speakers with Dolby Atmos support. They also come with IR Port which allows easy control of connected devices like Set-top boxes, Receivers and Soundbars.

In terms of I/O Ports, they include three HDMI, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, Ethernet, Optical and AV Port. These smart TV’s also support Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth V5.0 and Display mirroring.
The 50-inch AmazonBasics Fire TV Edition is priced at Rs. 29,999 while its 55-inch model has price-tag of Rs. 34,9999. These are up for order at Amazon.in. Amazon has also confirmed 32-inch HD, 43-inch Full HD and 43-inch 4K Ultra smart LED TV’s are in pipeline.
