Huawei along with MatePad Pro 12.6″ has also announced its latest MatePad pro 10.8″ (2021) model in China.
Just like its bigger counterpart, the 10.8″ model also runs on HarmonyOS 2.0 out of the box. The device itself measures 246 x 159 x 7.99 mm and weighs 492 grams.
The Huawei MatePad Pro 10.8″ comes with quad-speaker system which are Harman Kardon certified and delivers Huawei Histen sound effects.
The tablet boasts a 10.8-inch 2.5D curved glass display offering 2560 x 1600 pixels WQXGA resolution at 16:10 aspect ratio. Powering inside is octa-core Snapdragon 870 processor with Adreno 650 GPU.
The Huawei MatePad Pro 10.8-inch specs include 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB / 512GB storage options. It has NM Card support for further expansion up to 256GB.
The hardware inside tablet is juiced up with 7250mAh battery and supports 40W Huawei SuperCharge fast charging, 15W wireless charging and 7.5 reverse charging.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.1 LE, GPS and USB type-C.
The Huawei MediaPad Pro 10.8 128GB (Midnight Gray colour) is priced at 3799 yuan (US$ 595 / Rs. 43,445 approx.) while its 256GB model costs 4299 yuan (US$ 673 / Rs. 49,170 approx.). The Keyboard stylus combo with MediaPad Pro 10.8″ is priced at 5299 yuan (US$ 830 / Rs. 60,600 approx.). It is up for sale and will start shipping from June 10th.
