LG Electronics (LG) has launched its latest Tablet PC under its G Pad series called LG G Pad IV 8.0 FHD LTE. It is slim, lightweight and can easily be put in handbags, pouches or between cloths.
The Tablet measures 216.2 x 127 x 6.9 mm and weighs about 290 grams. It supports 4G LTE (data and calling) and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS.
Some of the features include Easy-to-view mode reduces fatigue of the eyes by adjusting blue light interception rate. The dual windows mode allows one to use two apps at the same time on a screen by dividing it. Easy mode can be accessed by a separate Q button on the right side. Knock on / knock code turns on the screen when you tap it with your own pattern.
The LG G Pad IV 8.0 FHD LTE specs include 8-inch IPS multi-touch display with 1920 x 1200 pixels resolution. Under the hood is a 1.4GHz octa-core Snapdraogn 435 processor with Adreno 505 GPU.
It is backed by 2GB RAM, 32BG Internal storage space and MicroSD Card slot which allows further expansion up to 2TB. A 3000 mAh battery power the hardware.
The tablet features in 5MP front facing camera and 5MP rear shooter. It also supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V4.2, GPS, MicroUSB, Micracast etc.
The LG G Pad IV 8.0 FHD LTE is priced at KRW 352,000 (US$ 307 approx) and will be available exclusively at LG U Plus stores. It comes in dark brown color. LG is also selling ‘Plus Pack’ for KRW 82,000 (US$ 71 approx).
