The LG V40 ThinQ, which was first introduced back in October 2018 has been officially launched in India.
It complies with MIL-STD 810G military-grade durability and is IP68 rated for water and dust resistance. The mobile houses hybrid dual Nano SIM slots and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with LG UX. The OS is upgradable to Android 9.0 Pie in future.
The LG V40 ThinQ specs include 6.4-inch multi-touch FullVision OLED display and offers 3120 x 1440 pixels resolution at 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Inside is an octa-core Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform with Adreno 630 GPU.
The smartphone feature sin 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB UFS2.1 storage space and supports further expansion up to 2TB using MicroSD card. There is a 3300 mAh battery which supports Quick Charge 3.0 (Quick Charge 4.0 compatible) and Wireless charging.
The phone has dimensions of 15r8.7 x 75.8 x 7.7 mm and has weight of 169 grams. It has 32-bit Advanced Hi-Fi Quad DAC Boombox speaker and supports DTS-X 3D surround sound. A fingerprint sensor is also present at the back for fast unlocking.

At the front side is 8MP (F/1.9, 1.12µm, 80-degree) + 5MP (F/2.2, 1.12µm, 90-degree) dual selfie cameras.
The mobile supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0 LE, NFC, USB Type-C 2.0 (3.1 compatible) and GPS.
