Nokia 4.2 launched in India for Rs. 10990

As expected, HMD Global has officially launched Nokia 4.2 smartphone in India. It is and Android One smartphone running on Android Pie OS.

The device has dimensions of 148.95 x 71.30 x 8.39 mm and has weight of 161 grams. It has dedicated Dual SIM slots and MicroSD card. There is a glass back which gives a premium feel and includes a dedicated Google Assistant button.

The Nokia 4.2 Specifications include 5.71-inch multi-touch a-SI FullView display with 1520 x 720 pixels resolution at 19:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood is an octa-core (1.95GHz A53 x 4 + 1.45GHz A53 x 4) Snapdragon 439 Mobile Platform with Adreno 505 GPU.

This Nokia smartphone packs in 3GB RAM, 32GB ROM and allows further expansion up to 400GB using MicroSD card. There is a 3000mAh battery which powers the hardware.

The Nokia 4.2 features in a 8MP front camera with F/2.0 Aperture and 1.12µm pixel size. At the back side is 13MP (F/2.2, 1.12µm, PDAF) and 2MP dual shooters with LED Flash. A fingerprint sensor is also present at back.

Usual connectivity options like dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.2, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS and 3.5mm Audio Jack are supported.

The Nokia 4.2 Price is Rs. 10,990 and comes in Black and Pink Sand colors. The handset will initially sell online at Company’s official site for 7 days (starting today May 7th) and will later land in offline stores (Croma, Reliance, Big C, Poorvika, MyG) starting May 14th.
