Chinese company Oppo has officially launched its latest ‘A Series’ smartphone in India called Oppo A5S.
The handset comes in options of 2GB RAM with 32GB ROM and 4GB RAM with 64GB internal memory. It also supports further expansion up to 256GB using MicroSD card.
The Oppo A5S specs include 6.22-inch multi-touch water-drop notch display with 1520 x 720 pixels resolution, 19:9 aspect ratio and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
The phone has dimensions of 155.9 x 75.4 x 8.2 mm and weighs about 170 grams. it has Dual SIM slots and includes a rear mounted fingerprint sensor. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo based Color OS 8.1.
The Oppo A5s features in octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 SoC with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It has an 8MP selfie camera with F/2.0 Aperture. At the back side is a dual camera setup consisting of 13MP (F/2.2) + 2MP (F/2.4) shooters and LED Flash.
The hardware is juiced up by 4230 mAh battery capacity. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-FI 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.2, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS/GLONASS, FM Radio and 3.5mm Audio Jack.
The Oppo A5s price in India is Rs. 9990 for 2GB/32GB model. It comes in Green, Red, Gold and Black colors and is already available from offline channels. The A5s 6GB/64GB variant will go on sale next month and will come in Gold and Green colors.
