OPPO has just announced its latest smartphone in China called OPPO A9X. The handset already surfaced in renders yesterday and now, company has officially introduced it in Chinese markets.
The mobile measurements goes at 162 x 76.1 x 8.3 mm and has weight of 190 grams. It has 4020 mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 fast charging. The rear side houses fingerprint sensor while the cover has 3D Gradient finishing.
The Oppo A9X specs include 6.53-inch multi-touch display 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 90.7% screen-to-body ratio. For added durability, it has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection at the front.
The smartphone features in octa-core MediaTek Helio P70 SoC with ARM Mali-G72 MP3 (900MHz) GPU. The Chipset is paired with 6GB RAM, 128GB ROM and allows further expansion as well up to 256GB using MicroSD card.
There are dual SIM slots which support dual 4G VoLTE. The device runs on Android 9.0 Pie with ColorOS 6.0 on top. At the front side is a 16MP selfie camera with F/2.0 Aperture and AI capabilities. At the back is 48MP (F/1.7 Aperture, 6P lens and 4-in-1 pixel binning) and 5MP dual shooters along with LED Flash.
Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V4.2, GPS/GLONASS, FM Radio and 3.5mm Audio jack.
The Oppo A9X price is 1999 Yuan (US$ 290 / Rs. 20,270 approx.) and comes in Meteorite Black and Ice Jade White colors. It is already up for pre-order at company’s official site and will start selling in China from May 21.
