The VIVO V17 went official in Russia last month. Now company has launched V17 smartphone in India. Notably, this is a different handset both in terms of design and specifications.
The Vivo V17 India variant features in 6.55-inch E3 Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution at 20:9 aspect ratio. It has Schott Xensation UP glass for protection against scratches. The phone also boasts an impressive 91.38% screen-to-body ratio.
The chipset inside Indian variant of Vivo V17 is an octa-core Snapdragon 675 SoC. There is 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM, which is expandable. A 4500mAh battery powers the hardware.
The Vivo V17 specs include 32MP front facing camera for selfies. At the back side is 48MP primary camera with Sony IMX582 Sensor. Its secondary 8MP rear camera houses 120-degree ultra-wide-angle lens. There is a 2MP depth and 2MP macro shooter at the back as well. All the quad-cameras are arrange in a ‘L Shaped’ design.

The VIVO V17 price is Rs. 22,990 ($323 approx.) and comes in Madinight Black and Glacier Ice White colors. The handset is already up for pre-order in India at Amazon.in, Flipkart, Paytm Mall, Tata CliQ and other offline stores. Selling will start from December 17. The V17 comes bundled with Vivo XE710 earphones (Rs. 1999).
