Back is September, Apple released its 10th Anniversary iPhone called iPhone X. It is one of the best iPhone till day, sporting a 5.8-inch all-screen Retina display with 2436 x 1125 pixels resolution.
The handset is believed to feature best display when compared to its Android counterpart, but it came with its own share bugs, well at least in iOS 11.1.1 version.
Several iPhone X users were facing a unique issue where the screen temporarily becomes non responsive to touch after rapid change to cold environment. It takes several seconds for the screen to work.
Apple already acknowledged the issue and promised a fix. Today, Cupertino giant has release an iOS 11.1.2 update for the same. This particular update not only addresses the screen unresponsiveness issue but also brings in fix for a bug that could cause distortion in live photos / videos captured by iPhone X.
iOS 11.1.2 bug fixes include (for iPhone and iPad)
- Fixes an issue where the iPhone X screen becomes temporarily unresponsive to touch after a rapid temperature drop.
- Addresses an issue that could cause distortion in Live Photos and videos captured with iPhone X
The iOS 11.1.2 update is already available over-the-air (OTA) and sports size of 51.4MB. Apple is already working on next update (iOS 11.2) and is already in beta testing with developers and public beta testers.
