Logitech Pop Home Switch starter pack and Pop Add-on Home Switch announced

Today all the devices are getting smarter and to top it off, even homes are getting smarter. Today Logitech and announced Pop Home Switch Starter pack and Pop Add-on Home Switch.

After initial setup, it brings smart home control on fingertips. The Logitech Pop Home Switch supports wide range of home products that includes light, doors locks and can mix and match product controls on an individual switch.

It can be paired with Logitech Harmony hub-based remote, that further expands the range of device that Pop Add-on Home Switch can control. It can also be used to trigger one-touch Harmony activities like “watch TV” or “listening music”.

The Pop App is available on iPhones and Androids. It scans compatible devices using Wi-Fi and lets user assign individual or multiple devices to a switch. Users can also pre-set lightings and music trend according to their moods and than change them with just a single press on Pop Home Switch.

Each switch has three triggers namely single / double / long press. They can be configured according to your likings.

The Logitech Pop Home Switch Starter Pack and Logitech Pop Add-on Home Switch carries suggested retail price-tag of US$ 99.99 and US$ 39.99 respectively. They are expected to go on sale in August itself.
