The name of the device itself is intriguing to most. It is a 3-in-1 device that connects VDSL and ADSL networks New Zealand’s Ultra-Fast Broadband (UFB) fibre services.
The NF15ACV advanced residential gateway takes advantage of triple play services covering high speed data transmissions, high quality VoIP phone calls and multi HD IPTV/ overt-the-top video streaming.
It makes use of next generation wireless technology 802.11 AC and houses 2 x 2 Omni-directional antennas to extend powerful signals to most corners of the home. It ensures optimal connectivity to IP TV’s, Laptops, Tablets, Set top Boxes, Computers, smartphones and gaming consoles and reduces traffic overload with concurrent access to 2.4GHz / 5GHz bands.
NetComm Wireless NF15ACV supports all UFB Fibre configurations like FTTN, FTTB and FTTP and can deliver super fast speeds. It can also become a media hub for the home using UPnP. It allows access and sharing of audio / video media files and content over connected devices.
