Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ Mobile Platform announced – Key Specs

Qualcomm had announced Snapdragon 865 mobile platform back in December. Now company has unveiled its latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ 5G Mobile Platform.

It has basically an enhanced version of SD865 SoC. The SD865+ sports Kryo 585 prime CPU cores with up to 3.1GHz clock speeds. Qualcomm says that it offers 10% increased CPU performance.

The chipset includes Adreno 650 GPU which company claims 10% fast graphics when compared with its predecessor. Other changes include support for Qualcomm FastConnect 6900, 6Ghz operation with Wi-Fi 6E, quad-stream dual band Simultaneous DBC and Bleutooth V5.2.

This Qualcomm Chipset can handle up to 3.6Gbps Wi-Fi speeds which is fast in mobile Wi-Fi category. It supports up to 4K displays at 6Hz or 1080p display at up to 144Hz refresh rate. It also includes Snapdragon Elite Gaming features.
